  1. What are your hours of operation?

    Monday – Friday 9:00-5:00.
    Closed on weekends

  2. What is your turn-around time?

    Five business days with the exception of certain items

  3. How should I place an order?

    We accept orders either by fax, email, or by visiting our showroom.
    Orders should be emailed to trophy@mariettatrophy.com or faxed to 770-425-4520

  4. What forms of artwork should I send in for my order?

    We prefer black/white camera ready artwork. We will accept files in .eps, .pdf, or .ai, as well as .jpg, .gif, .bmp. All artwork submitted as a .jpg, .gif, or .bmp should be high-resolution.

  5. Do you create custom awards?

    Yes. You can bring your own ideas or we can help you create an award.

  6. Can I bring in outside items to be engraved?

    Yes. Assuming the item is engravable.

  7. Do you have art/engraving charges?

    Yes. We have a one-time logo fee of 25.00. Engraving on plaques and acrylics is 15.00 per item. Engraving on glass is 25.00 per item. Personalization items are .75/letter or a 15.00 minimum charge.

  8. Do you ship, mail or deliver?

    We can mail USPS, ship by UPS or FedEx and courier all items.

  9. What is your method of payment?

    We accept all credit cards, checks or cash. Payment is required at pick-up unless you have an account with Marietta Trophy.

  10. Do you provide proofs?

    Proofs are sent upon request. The first proof is free of charge. All proofs afterward are 15.00 per proof.

  11. What if there is a mistake with my order?

    We will kindly redo the order. If it is our mistake it will be free of charge.

  12. Do you keep orders on file?

    We keep layouts on the computer for easy repeat orders.

  13. Do you offer other items other than what is on your website?

    Yes. We offer ribbons, medals, bronze castings, promotional and wearable items as well as other items.
